Northern Hemisphere Adventures
So as we don’t leave until the 28th of November, this is just a quick snippet to say hello and welcome.
As I’m sure most of you are aware, we (Michelle, Robert and Kathryn) are in the middle of packing, last minute planning and organising everything for the 87 days of travel through USA, Canada and the Caribbean.

Have just looked up Eureka and Portland. Portland looks a nice place. Is it on the Border with USA and CAn?

Sulphur Mountain,Beautiful. Good snow fight with Mumand dad. I think the CR’s are quite amazing. NZ mountains are pale by comparision.xxx

Yes ,it is sickening to see the younger ones swishing by.I never got much better than stem turns and very slowly. Looking forward to some more pics. xxx

Robert we might need a front on Pic of Mother with DAughter!!!!!!!!The dogs must have made Mum a bit “homesick” for Shoobie!!!!!!Liked the dog on the beautiful ?????Persian rug. Good to catch up on skype a wee while ago. Would love to have a natter to you next time too KAT!!!!! We are really enjoying your travels,it is almost like being there. The flight in a small plane sounds hideious!!!! Reminds me of Flights in Indian Airline planes. One flight from Kathmandu to Pokora…. You could see thr’ the craks in the fusekage and the rattle and shakes. Very scary stuff.Megsx

It is emerging that you are on a fast foods exploration tour punctuated with occasional sightseeing!Kathryn,it is just as well you are now beyond the teen-age acne danger zone!No doubt you’ll all be looking for a Jenny Craig’s on the cruise ship.Having said that it all sounds quite wonderful and has dispelled our preconception that Canada would be a boring place….like New Zealand only bigger and colder!Keep the pix and commentary rolling in.For us,it is almost like being there.Only the smells are missing.Happy festive season and affectionate thoughts from GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

Where are the pics of the falls KAT?????? Interesting that they were not as large as you had thought.They look enormous in pictures.No .I did not know there was a town there.Yes the life of luxury for ever, would be great. Oh to win LOTTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Collected bth from Te poi at 4pm. Ron and I meet half way. She is here until we go over to Ham on Friday afternoon. I’ll stay the night and have a catch
with Niqy,she is off for the Saturday beth goes back to work Saturday morning.
G’s leg is looking better with every dressing. Go back to the Dr on friday,may need more Antibiotics.

Kat so many adventures.LOved all the new pics of the Falls and the New York ones. CP looked very empty. I always imagined it as a busy place most of the time. I understand it is winter……….But! No swaggies sleeping out. I wonder where they go in Winter? I think you guys did very well holding on for 8/9 hours. I would have wet myself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Crystal Ball does not seem to drop very far!!!! I read too that the CB is kept in Macys during the year,is that so???????Made by Waterford in 1907??????You may visit there one day,it is an amazing place.
So many ?’s to ask you,they will have to wait until I see you. I want to hear lots more about your travels. I note that it has been the best Dec ever.great!
